Personal Qualities

There are certain aspects of my personality and work ethic that I feel would make me a very useful member of a film crew.

Ambition -

I have a great drive to succeed and better myself. I am always looking for the next project and always aim to create something bigger and better than the last. I have a habit of taking upon a lot personally in each project as I feel that I am capable of handling it and producing a very high quality film. It is my ultimate aim to leave my mark on the film industry and to have produced recognisable and good quality films that have a very unique and inventive style.

Dedication -

I am a very dedicated person and am willing to work my hardest on any project I'm involved with. I give my full attention to any task that I am set or set myself upon. It is my biggest aim to make sure that all tasks are completed to a high and professional standard. I will always do my best in order to make sure that every project I work on is the best it can be and that upon completion the producers/directors are happy with the final product.

Passion -

In my opinion passion is one of the most important attributes a person in this industry can have. If someone is not passionate about their job in the film industry they will not have the drive needed to succeed and improve. I am very passionate about film and nothing is more important to me than to make my impression on the industry. It is my passion that drives me to keep going and to continually push myself to achieve more.

Productivity -

This is one of the most important aspects a person can have in the industry. It is vital for all people to be productive, as a great deal of the time we will be working to deadlines. Without good productivity a film can fall apart, it is vital that all members of the crew are aimed towards producing the film on time and to the schedule. I feel that I am a very productive person who does his best to make sure that all areas of the production run to schedule.

Initiative -

I am able to take the initiative in most situations and adapt to problems or issues quickly and effectively. I have been forced to take the initiative in several projects I have worked on. I adapted to several problems with the documentary including replacing one interview with another in order to keep the film progressing and improving. I set up interviews on the day and was able to book interviewees within hours and actually improve the productiveness of the project. I am always able to think quickly and respond to any problems we would experience during all stages of the production.
